The Paper Fascinator aims for customer satisfaction. Communication is key and essential for quality products with personalization and customization. Thepaperfascinator is not responsible if you do not communicate specifications prior to mailing. Corrections prior to mailing are the responsibility of the customer, not The Paper Fascinator.  To ensure your order is correct, please approve all drafts prior to mailing deadline. If you do not approve final drafts within the specified time by the Paper Fascinator, the product will be mailed to ensure compliance with Shopify shipping timelines.
