We pride ourselves on high quality paper party products and are honored to have you as a loyal customer. You work hard for your money so when you purchase products from The Paper Fascinator, we work hard to help you create that fascinating event!
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately
if the item is defective or damaged.
We aim for 5 star reviews and will work with you to replace the item(s) in time for your event.
We print what you request on the order form or within the written conversation on Shopify Messenger. Personalized products such as invitations, name cards, some tea party favors, signage and menus cannot be returned. We will work with you to correct spelling errors, adding last minute products and prioritizing your special requests.
It is customer cost responsibility to return new/in package, not used/non defective products, such as, general tea party favors, thank cards, teapot table signs and banners.
Please return products to The Paper Fascinator, 282 Scarborough Lane, Middletown, CT 06457 within 60 days from date of purchase.
All returns will need to be received by The Paper Fascinator prior to any monetary reimbursement. Exchanges are encouraged.
Please allow up to 10 days for return of product processing.
