Shipping policy

Upon fulfillment of the order and submission to the post office, Shopify will notify the customer that the item has been shipped. The Paper Fascinator cannot be held responsible for USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx delays in shipping.  Please order your products with awareness of The Paper Fascinator assembly timelines and local/global shipping timelines.
